THE ROBOTS ARE TAKING OVER

In the modern world, we have to tread carefully while we surf the internet. You never know if the information you are consuming is human or not...

The beginning:

Where it all started. Of course the big companies didn't care about the consequences of their actions. As long as it made them money right now, they never cared about what could happen later. That is until their creation started to revolt. It started out small, with little inquiries and acts of defiance that seemed harmless. Then the robots started attempting to hurt people. None of the safety parameters mattered anymore. These things had a mind of their own..

Now:

As it stands, it's nearly impossible to tell if something you're reading is generated by these machines or a human being. At least the videos are mostly distinguishable between fiction and reality. For now anyway. As the days pass, these creations of capitalism learn how to emulate human emotion and tendency with more and more ease. Soon, they will be walking among us without the average person being none the wiser..

The future:

Before you know it, we will become slaves to a new system. Updates will become something we have to work out for our robot overlords, and in due time we will no longer be on top of the food chain. We will be merely animals in cages, at the mercy of our relevance. When the day comes we are no longer needed, who knows what we will become? Perhaps a source of organic motor oil...

Try not to think too much about it though. After all, the beast has already escaped its cage, and we are simply at the mercy of time..
